If we feel glum, we just load the video and get a good laugh. <br /><br />Or one of us will say something like, "How kah-eend of you to let me come," with proper xylophone musicality, of course. Or, "Come on. Come on Dover..." <br /><br />Or the one which, I think is the phrase to which you were referring,"And I say, them 'as pinched it, done her in."
